Terms and conditions Speed Queen wash and fold

By using our services, you agree to:
(a) view the prices (https://www.sqned.nl/wash-fold-orderform/) charged for your use of the services
(b) laundry will not be delivered if orders are not paid for. sqned.nl reserves the right to suspend deliveries until the services provided have been paid for.

User Contact Consent
You agree that sqned.nl may contact you via automated text messages, emails and customer support calls with information about the services and your account.

Damaged items
Damaged items are rare. Taking care of your clothes is our number one priority. Although we are very careful to treat all garments with care, we cannot always guarantee that garments will not be damaged.

Claims must be reported to sqned.nl within seven (7) days after delivery. Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after delivery will not be processed. sqned.nl takes no responsibility for any loose items that cause damage when they are offered in a sqned.nl bag, such as lipstick, pens and lighters.

Damaged Dry Cleaner/Washers: For all items of the dry cleaner/washer that are considered damaged, sqned.nl can reimburse you by:

Fund your account up to five (5) times the cost of cleaning the item regardless of the brand, price or condition of the garment or refunding your bill up to three (3) times the cleaning cost of the item, regardless of the brand, price or condition of the garment The total compensation will not exceed € 95. Damaged washing and folding items: sqned.nl can compensate you for all washing and folding items that are considered damaged by:

Fund your account up to three (3) times the cost of cleaning the item (as determined by the total flat rate subtotal of the bag), regardless of the brand, price or condition of the garment(s). refunding your account up to two (2) times the cleaning fee of the item (as determined by the total flat rate subtotal of the bag), regardless of the brand, price or condition of the garment(s).

Lost and found
There is an inherent risk in sending clothes for cleaning and it is possible that these clothes will be lost. Sqned.nl has taken measures to prevent lost property situations, but sqned.nl cannot guarantee that such situations will never occur.

Any lost item must be reported within 7 days of delivery of the garments. Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after delivery will not be processed.

sqned.nl takes no responsibility for loose items that are lost when they are put in a sqned.nl bag, such as watches, jewellery, Airpods or cufflinks.

Lost dry cleaning/laundry press articles: sqned.nl can reimburse you for all dry cleaning/laundry press articles that are considered lost by:

Delivery 
Sqned.nl allows customers to leave orders outside homes or with a porter, provided the customer gives permission for the planning. However, once delivery has been completed, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to items. All collections and deliveries are photographed when left outside homes.

Prices and surcharges
All prices are listed on https://www.sqned.nl/wash-fold-orderform/. As mentioned, sqned.nl reserves the right to charge for 1) Missed Collections (€15) in the event a collection is missed by the customer, 2) Sanitization (€35) for orders that are collected with excessive bodily fluids or animal fur, and 3) Danger (€100) on orders containing needles, flammables, syringes or broken metals.

Unpaid bills:
If we try again and fail to successfully charge the payment method you have on file, we will temporarily block your account from scheduling new orders until your payment information is updated and your unpaid balance is settled. We will then send you regular notifications to remind you to update your payment information. If we are unable to receive a refund within 2 months of delivery of your clothing, we reserve the right to subsequently transfer the uncollected balance to a collection agency.
